This site lists every place the National Park Service runs: 474 parks, monuments, historic sites, battlefields, seashores, trails and memorials. Each has one page with its hours, entrance fee, directions and the closest other Park Service sites.

Where the facts come from

Everything on a park page comes from the National Park Service's public data feed: hours, dates when hours change, fees, descriptions, directions, weather notes, activities, contact details and photos. The feed was last checked on September 24, 2026. We do not add hours the Park Service did not publish.

"Open now" is worked out in your browser from the Park Service's posted hours and the current time where the park is. It cannot know about a road closed by snow or a closure announced that morning. Check the park's official page, linked on every park page, before a long drive.

Photos are by National Park Service staff, as credited under each one. Work by federal employees is in the public domain. Sites with no Park Service photo show none.
